You must notify okcards.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
okcards.ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended.
okcards.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
Note: okcards.ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. okcards.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. okcards.ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account.
All transactions on okcards.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okcards.ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

okcards.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or termination for non-breach reasons, any verified balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
